Sr. Graphic Designer

What you'll do

• Contribute to development of creative concepts and translate them into visual and interactive form
• Match strategic direction with appropriate design results for digital and web-based marketing initiatives
• Provide quality assurance on creative deliverables
• Design for multiple formats such as email, display, social, web, and mobile responsive/cross-platform
• Maintain awareness of current web design practices and cross-browser compatibility issues
• Build and maintain team rapport with production managers, content developers, and Creative and Campaign Operations team personnel

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English (both written and verbal)
• Ability to take creative direction and produce highly engaging designs with strong attention to detail
• Excellent graphic design, layout and typography skills with strong, clean visuals
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
• Familiarity and prior experience with Figma and Sketch
• Knowledge of front-end development such as HTML/CSS is a plus
• Grasp of AI applications and UI/UX design processes or methodology preferred
• Experience with photo-retouching, logo design and illustration
• Strong design portfolio
• Bachelor’s degree in design or related field
• 5+ years of relevant design experience in digital agency, media company, advertising agency, production studio, or creative services environment
• Strong collaboration, time management and multi-tasking skills
• Experience in a fast-paced service environment
• Comfortable with abbreviated development cycles and shifting priorities
