DoubleVerify seeks a Senior Enterprise Sales Director for DV Rockerbox to drive new business growth by managing the full enterprise sales cycle, building strategic agency partnerships, and collaborating cross-functionally. The role requires 5+ years of account executive experience with proven quota achievement, deep agency contacts, and expertise in selling high-value deals ($150,000+ ARR) in adtech or martech. Responsibilities include pipeline management, consultative selling, sales forecasting, and exceeding monthly quotas. The position is remote in the USA, offers a salary range of $89,000 to $154,000 plus bonus/commission, equity, and benefits.

What you'll do

  • Manage full enterprise sales process end-to-end from qualifying customers to closing complex deals
  • Build stakeholder relationships across organizations
  • Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams to provide meaningful context to prospects
  • Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with key advertising and media agencies to establish referral pipelines and co-selling opportunities
  • Act as subject matter expert for agency partners, educating their teams on Rockerbox value proposition
  • Conduct ongoing prospecting to maintain a full pipeline
  • Apply consultative approach to uncover customer needs and provide tailored solutions in complex organizations
  • Efficiently manage pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting
  • Achieve and exceed ambitious monthly quotas
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to share market feedback and align on customer fit

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an account executive with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Deep rolodex of agency contacts and ability to navigate complex organizational structures of major holding companies and independent media agencies
  • Mastery of the sell-through model to empower agency partners to advocate for Rockerbox within their client accounts
  • Understanding of the agency business model including pain points regarding attribution, reporting, and proving media ROI
  • Experience selling deals upwards of $150,000 ARR to enterprise customers
  • Experience in adtech, martech, or selling directly to agencies
  • Experience navigating six to seven figure ACV sales processes with large, complex customer prospects
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience working in early-stage startups and comfortable navigating ambiguity
  • Strong communication skills and a sales approach underpinned by natural curiosity
  • Eagerness to learn and explain complex concepts such as pixeling a site or basics of data warehouse implementation
  • Team-first mindset and eagerness to help others succeed while driving own results
