Requirements
8+ years in product management for advertising or marketing technology platforms, with experience operating at scale
5+ years managing staff and fostering careers

Intimate familiarity with the programmatic ad tech ecosystem and monetization strategies
Experience partnering with engineering and data science teams to design AI-powered product capabilities
Strong understanding of responsible AI principles including data protection, governance, permissioning, guardrails, monitoring, and feedback loops
Experience designing reporting and analytics experiences including data exploration, dashboards, visualizations, and alerting
Ability to translate complex data and AI capabilities into intuitive in-platform experiences
Strong hands-on analytical and AI data skills including SQL, data exploration, experimentation, model and output evaluation, performance monitoring, and applying quantitative feedback
Excellent communication skills
