Requirements
Master’s degree in a quantitative or scientific field (Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, etc.) or equivalent experience
5+ years professional experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or Business Intelligence roles
8-12 years analytical experience in advanced analysis and predictive analytics
3+ years of experience supporting Sales with actionable insights
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as SQL, R, Python
Expert level experience with Microsoft Excel
Experience with BI and analysis tools like Tableau and Power BI
Curiosity to understand the 'why' in data
Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to present complex data-driven insights to all levels including senior and executive leadership
Ability to understand complicated problems and provide concise, relevant answers
Ability to convey technical topics to non-technical audiences
Ability to work independently in a rapidly growing environment with multiple competing priorities
Ability to build consensus across cross-functional and geographic teams
Ability to quickly learn complex business topics
