Full job description

DoubleVerify seeks a Senior Business Director based in the Philippines to expand business with major advertisers. The role focuses on prospecting and winning new brands or advertisers directly or through agencies, driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include achieving revenue targets, building client relationships, evangelizing company value, collaborating internally, defining growth strategies, maintaining sales pipeline, and attending industry events. Requirements include 5-7+ years in advertising technology sales, strategic thinking, pipeline building, strong communication, extensive contacts in Philippine advertising, problem-solving skills, and business-level English. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.

What you'll do

  • Achieve personal quarterly/annual revenue and new business targets
  • Cultivate strong relationships with senior client and agency stakeholders
  • Evangelize DoubleVerify’s value proposition and best practices via events, webinars, and direct client communications
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support sales efforts
  • Define growth strategy for portfolio with client and agency prioritization
  • Maintain sales pipeline and provide timely management/Salesforce reporting
  • Demonstrate accountability through every stage of client business: prospecting, presenting, negotiating
  • Deepen partnerships based on value and consultative selling
  • Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Analyze and articulate information with product team
  • Attend industry events and follow-up with leads

Requirements

  • Proven track record of winning new business
  • 5-7+ years of experience managing or selling solutions in advertising technology, data or other solutions related to online advertising
  • Ability to think strategically to identify brand business objectives and challenges and build compelling value propositions
  • Skilled at building a robust pipeline to fuel business growth
  • Team player mindset with experience working collaboratively with internal teams
  • Extensive contacts across Philippine Advertisers and Agencies with strong knowledge of accounts, planning teams and planning cycles
  • Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication skills throughout the organization
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Rigorous attention to detail and positive can-do approach
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus
  • Business level English (written and spoken)
