Full job description
AppLovin is hiring a mid-level Business Development Associate for its Consumer team in Berlin. The role is full-time and on-site. Responsibilities include engaging with Consumer and eCommerce partners to grow usage of AppLovin’s marketing platform, managing client relationships, optimizing campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, media buying, or digital strategy within Consumer or eCommerce sectors, strong analytical skills, experience with Shopify and DTC models, and excellent communication. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, CRO tactics, mobile advertising knowledge, and basic programming understanding.
What you'll do
- Proactively contact new and existing Consumer and eCommerce partners to pitch, onboard, and scale their usage of AppLovin’s platform
- Leverage a strong consultative sales approach to engage with CMOs, Heads of Marketing, and key decision-makers
