Sr. Analyst

What you'll do

• Work on advanced Data Science techniques and GenAI projects
• Develop use cases involving LLMs and build Agents
• Perform data discovery and exploration
• Conduct statistical analysis and descriptive analytics using Tableau/Power BI
• Structure, manage, harmonize and analyze data
• Identify insights and propose recommendations or next best actions
• Engage directly with clients across all project stages: discovery, design, delivery, deployment
• Collaborate closely with others in a team environment
• Continuously learn and share knowledge within the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Technology or Master’s in Business Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent experience
• 4+ years’ experience in advanced Data Science techniques and GenAI
• Experience with use cases involving LLMs and building Agents
• Advanced level experience using SQL (or Google Big Query) and Python
• Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal, presentation, written)
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical and inquisitive mindset
• Proficient with data discovery and exploration
• Strong use of statistical analysis tools
• Intermediate to advanced level Tableau/Power BI experience
• Strong data structuring, management, harmonization and analysis experience
• Ability to identify insights from analyses and propose recommendations or next best actions
• Willingness to expand and enhance technical knowledge and contribute to knowledge sharing
• Ability to engage directly with clients across all project stages
