Full job description

Senior Analyst role requiring 3-7 years experience in market research data processing including SPSS and quanvert data validation. Responsible for managing 8-10 projects with minimal supervision, ensuring efficient setup, client and internal team liaison, issue resolution, process adherence, and documentation. Expertise in programmatic platforms quantum and/or dimensions and various study types such as tracking, copy-testing, concept-testing, and segmentation. Requires strong project management, programming, and survey methodology knowledge. Must work rotational night shifts and weekends, support 24/7 operations, and be willing to travel abroad and relocate between offices. Requires bachelor’s degree, strong communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently and in teams.

What you'll do

  • Manage minimum 8-10 projects with limited supervision
  • Ensure efficient project set-up and liaise with clients and internal teams
  • Tackle issues proactively or escalate appropriately
  • Follow established processes and maintain documentation
  • Manage studies using programmatic platforms quantum and/or dimensions
  • Manage various project types: tracking, copy-testing, concept-testing, segmentation
  • Efficient programming and deliver studies with FTR approach
  • Plan and prepare project schedules and timelines for external and internal teams
  • Anticipate and address potential issues proactively
  • Work with clients to resolve specific issues
  • Maintain good hygiene and prepare project documentation
  • Knowledge of weighting, data merging, coding, SPSS
  • Program surveys with input data
  • Understand questionnaire logic and project requirements
  • Understand different market research methodologies
  • Execute projects as per plan
  • Attend regular training to improve execution and adherence to standards
  • Reconcile and manage programmatic platform updates
  • Support internal team in preparing invoices for completed projects

Requirements

  • 3-7 years relevant Market Research experience
  • 5-6 years project management or Data processing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Post Graduate or B School degree preferred
  • Experience with tracking (continuous and wave), copy-testing, concept-testing, segmentation
  • Client centric mindset and consulting skills
  • Emotional intelligence and collaborative skills
  • Good conflict management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in survey methods on managed studies
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working night shifts, rotational shifts, 24/7 operational support, and weekends
  • Sense of ownership
  • Ability to work in high stress, high productivity, rapidly changing environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • PC proficiency including Internet, Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SPSS
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to travel abroad and work out of client site
