Full job description

Senior Ad Operations Specialist role in Retail Media Network requiring 5+ years experience. Manage campaigns across Criteo, Amazon Ads, HungerStation Ads, Talabat Ads, Noon Ads. Responsibilities include campaign setup, optimization, budget and performance management, client coordination, reporting, and invoice management. Requires Bachelor's degree (Marketing preferred), excellent English communication, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple accounts. Preferred experience with FMCG, e-commerce, QSR campaigns and relevant certifications.

What you'll do

  • Plan, set up, and manage cross-platform advertising campaigns across Criteo, Amazon Ads, HungerStation Ads, Talabat Ads, Noon Ads, and other retail media networks
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve performance KPIs including ROAS, CTR, conversions, and efficiency metrics
  • Monitor daily performance and implement strategic adjustments to maximize results
  • Conduct A/B testing, analyze user journey data, and apply insights to improve future campaigns
  • Own end-to-end budget management across all assigned accounts
  • Ensure accurate pacing of monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets
  • Prepare performance forecasts, budget reports, and spend summaries
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients on campaign performance, delivery, and optimizations
  • Present campaign insights, recommendations, and reports in a structured and professional manner
  • Coordinate closely with sales, account management, creative, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain strong relationships with platform partners to stay updated on best practices and product enhancements
  • Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights and clear explanations
  • Analyze platform-level data to identify growth opportunities and address performance issues
  • Coordinate with internal finance teams to ensure timely processing of invoices and credit notes
  • Validate campaign spend, reconcile budgets, and ensure billing accuracy
  • Maintain organized documentation of all financial transactions linked to campaigns

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Ad Operations or Performance Marketing, preferably within a Retail Media Network
  • Strong expertise in Criteo, Amazon Ads, HungerStation Ads, Talabat Ads, and Noon Ads
  • Proven ability in campaign setup, optimization, and performance management
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and advertising reporting
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing specialization preferred)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in budget and invoice management
  • Preferred: Experience managing retail media budgets and client accounts
  • Preferred: Prior exposure to FMCG, e-commerce, QSR, or marketplace-driven campaigns
  • Preferred: Certification in Criteo Commerce Academy, Amazon DSP, or similar platforms
