Full job description

DoubleVerify seeks a Senior Activation Manager, Social to join the North America Activation team. The role focuses on scaling activation by accelerating adoption of social measurement, targeting, and performance solutions. Responsibilities include partnering with Sales for client discovery and campaign optimization, acting as a technical resource during pitches and POCs, leading enablement and onboarding processes, troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing campaign data, and guiding clients on social platform nuances. Candidates must have at least 4 years of social platform experience in client-facing or agency roles, proficiency with Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and preferably YouTube programmatic experience. Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and consultative skills are required. Salary range is $77,000 to $145,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Location: New York, NY.

What you'll do

  • Partner with Sales to provide tactical and strategic guidance in client discovery meetings
  • Act as a technical resource in the pitch process, identifying roadblocks and ensuring smooth Proof-of-Concept execution
  • Lead internal and external enablement processes to foster best practices through education and implementation
  • Ensure successful partner onboarding, briefing Account Managers and assisting with initial Social integration
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, analyze campaign performance data, and collaborate on strategic reporting and data visualization
  • Develop a deep understanding of the full DoubleVerify product suite
  • Apply social expertise to guide clients through safety and platform considerations impacting social media buying
  • Stay informed of industry trends to continuously refine social solutions and pre-launch strategies

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of social platform experience in a client-facing role or at an advertising agency activating social platforms within advertising technology or marketing industry
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic client onboarding programs
  • Strong understanding of programmatic & social advertising concepts, platform restrictions, content adjacency risks, industry specific measurement needs, and campaign optimization strategies
  • Proficiency across platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and similar social ad-serving tools
  • Programmatic experience on YouTube preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities and deliverables
  • Strong analytical capabilities and high proficiency in Excel; experience with additional analytics tools is a plus
  • Consultative skill set to simplify technical concepts and empower customer understanding
  • Deep empathy and strong customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to work independently with strong time management skills
  • Experience collaborating in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
