Full job description

Senior Account Executive role based in Los Angeles with hybrid work option. Focus on driving revenue across Publicis, Direct clients, Omnicom Media Group, and independent agencies. Requires 4+ years advertising sales experience, strong West Coast relationships, and experience selling CTV, Open Web, and social platforms (TikTok, Meta). Responsibilities include prospecting, pitching, closing new business, developing strategic account plans, partnering with internal teams on AI-driven contextual solutions, translating technology into clear narratives, exceeding revenue targets, and maintaining pipeline discipline. What you'll do

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new business across agencies and direct brands
  • Leverage and expand relationships within Publicis, OMG, and independent agencies
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans across the West Coast
  • Partner with internal teams to build AI-driven contextual solutions across CTV, YouTube, Open Web, and social platforms (TikTok, Meta)
  • Translate complex technology into clear, outcome-driven narratives
  • Consistently exceed revenue targets
  • Maintain strong forecasting and pipeline discipline

Requirements

  • 4+ years of advertising sales experience (programmatic, CTV, Open Web, and/or social preferred)
  • Strong West Coast relationships within Publicis, OMG, independents, and/or direct brands
  • Experience selling across CTV, Open Web, and social environments (TikTok, Meta a plus)
  • Hunter mentality with executive presence
  • Comfortable operating independently in a semi-remote environment
  • Willingness to travel across the West Coast and to NYC (HQ) as needed
