Full job description
Freestar is seeking a detail-oriented mid-level professional to support the EVP, Growth & Publisher Development by managing logistics, preparation, and follow-up for executive-level outreach to Tier 1 publishers. Responsibilities include researching publishers, coordinating scheduling, managing post-meeting communications, collaborating with Marketing and Product teams on pitch materials, and maintaining CRM records. Requirements include 3+ years in sales support or account management, 1+ year CRM experience (Hubspot preferred), strong communication skills, and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time remote position with direct mentorship from the EVP.
What you'll do
- Research prospective Tier 1 publishers and prepare briefing materials for the EVP
- Coordinate complex scheduling between executive leadership and Comscore Top 250 stakeholders
- Manage and execute post-meeting communications to prevent deal stalls
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to tailor pitch decks and collateral
- Maintain meticulous records in the CRM tracking executive-led deals
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in sales support, account management, or a high-level administrative role
- 1+ year in CRM management - Hubspot preferred
- Detail-oriented and able to make others more effective
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
