Full job description
Freestar seeks a mid-level sales support professional to assist the EVP, Growth & Publisher Development. Responsibilities include researching Tier 1 publishers, preparing briefing materials, coordinating scheduling with top stakeholders, managing post-meeting communications, collaborating with Marketing and Product teams on pitch materials, and maintaining CRM records. Requires 3+ years in sales support or account management, 1+ year CRM experience (Hubspot preferred), strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Full-time, salaried, remote position with direct mentorship from EVP.
What you'll do
- Research prospective Tier 1 publishers and prepare briefing materials for the EVP
- Coordinate complex scheduling between executive leadership and Comscore Top 250 stakeholders
- Manage and execute post-meeting communications to prevent deal stalls
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to tailor pitch decks and collateral for named accounts
- Maintain meticulous records in the CRM tracking executive-led deals through the pipeline
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in sales support, account management, or a high-level administrative role
- 1+ year in CRM management - Hubspot preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to make others more effective
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
