Full job description

The Solutions Architect in FreeWheel’s Global Client Solutions organization designs and guides scalable, integrated solutions addressing complex client and business requirements across the platform. The role partners with Product, Engineering, and Client Solutions teams to shape solution strategy, influence technical design, and ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and operational standards. Responsibilities include leading complex client engagements, serving as the primary technical liaison, owning solution design from concept through deployment, providing technical guidance to clients, driving team alignment, and contributing to solution frameworks and best practices. Requires 7-10 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience.

What you'll do

  • Design and guide scalable, integrated solutions addressing complex client and business requirements
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Client Solutions teams to shape solution strategy
  • Influence technical design and ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and operational standards
  • Lead complex and non-standard client engagements as primary technical liaison
  • Own solution design from concept through deployment
  • Provide direct technical guidance to clients
  • Drive alignment across teams and ensure successful implementation of solutions
  • Contribute to development of solution frameworks, best practices, and internal tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
  • 7-10 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience designing and guiding scalable, integrated solutions
  • Ability to partner with Product, Engineering, and Client Solutions teams
  • Strong cross-functional teamwork skills
  • Ability to lead complex client engagements and serve as technical liaison
  • Experience with solution strategy, technical design, and implementation
  • Ability to develop solution frameworks, best practices, and internal tools
