Solution Architect

What you'll do

• Support pre-sales activities including proposal development, solution architecture, scoping, effort estimation, and client presentations
• Partner with business stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver technical solutions prioritizing performance, security, and scalability
• Document requirements, decisions, and trade-offs to ensure alignment across client and delivery teams
• Architect end-to-end cloud-native solutions using AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3) and integrate with platforms such as Qualtrics, CRM, and enterprise data warehouses
• Develop complete solution architectures covering applications, integrations, data flow, infrastructure, and APIs
• Lead design and architecture of Qualtrics XM solutions (CX, EX, PX, Brand Experience)
• Stay updated on new AI functionalities and Qualtrics AI features
• Conduct code reviews and guide teams on best practices and cloud-native patterns
• Build integration solutions connecting survey platforms with CRM systems, ticketing tools, SMS/messaging gateways, data warehouses, and kiosk systems
• Support integration with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) as a bonus
• Ensure solutions support client business goals, deliver immediate value, and remain scalable
• Act as a trusted advisor simplifying technical concepts, guiding client decisions, and driving best practices
• Present insights and solution designs to leadership
• Manage full project lifecycle: scoping, solutioning, design, implementation, and client enablement
• Enforce design standards, best practices, and compliance requirements across client engagements
• Maintain consistency and quality in solution delivery across multiple projects
• Build reusable and scalable solution frameworks to improve efficiency
• Design architectures adaptable to evolving client needs and technology updates
• Lead development of serverless applications using Node.js, Python, and React

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in consulting or client-facing roles
• Qualtrics certification
• Hands-on expertise with Qualtrics CX/EX platforms (survey design, dashboards, workflows)
• Strong knowledge of API integrations, enterprise architecture, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Experience with AI / ML technologies and exposure to Qualtrics AI features
• Proficiency in Node.js, Python, SQL
• Frontend skills in React, Angular, jQuery, HTML/CSS
• DevOps experience with Jenkins, Docker, Git
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance technical depth with business advisory
