AppsFlyer is seeking a hands-on Software Team Leader to lead the Engagement team responsible for the OneLink deep linking and attribution platform. The role involves leading a team of senior backend engineers, owning architecture, delivery, and production health of the OneLink serving path which handles millions of requests per second globally. The tech stack includes Clojure, Go, Java, Node, Kafka, Redis/ElastiCache, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB, and AWS with Kubernetes. Responsibilities include team leadership, end-to-end design ownership, CDN and edge compute strategy, production management including SLOs and cost efficiency, and collaboration with Product, Data, and Infra teams. Requirements include 5+ years backend software development experience, 2+ years managing software engineers, experience with high-throughput distributed systems, strong AWS/cloud skills, proficiency in at least one backend language from the stack, multi-database experience, Kafka knowledge, and a B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
