Full job description

Seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to design, build, and manage data-driven marketing journeys and integrations across Salesforce ecosystem. Responsibilities include building multi-step lead journeys in Journey Builder, developing personalized communications via email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push, managing subscriber data and segmentation, maintaining Cloud Pages for consent capture, configuring Infobip integrations, and maintaining Marketing Cloud - Data Cloud connector. Requires strong SFMC SQL skills, API integration experience, and collaboration with Data Cloud and Service Cloud teams. Must implement consent management workflows and ensure data consistency between Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud. Requires 3+ years experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, proficiency in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPscript/SSJS, REST/SOAP APIs, and certifications including Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Developer.

What you'll do

Design and build multi-step lead journeys in Journey Builder
Develop personalised email, SMS, WhatsApp and push communications
Implement and manage WhatsApp communication use cases including Meta Business integration
Configure Marketing Cloud Connect to trigger contextual messages based on lead lifecycle events
Manage subscriber data, data extensions, and segmentation logic
Build and maintain Cloud Pages for preference centres and consent capture
Design and execute audience-based campaigns leveraging segments from Data Cloud
Monitor journey performance and deliverability; optimise send times, content, and audience splits
Configure and maintain Infobip integrations with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Configure and maintain the Marketing Cloud – Data Cloud connector
Set up engagement and tracking data flows to be streamed back into Data Cloud
Design and maintain Automation Studio workflows for data extraction and aggregation
Demonstrate strong proficiency in SFMC SQL for data processing and segmentation
Collaborate with Data Cloud team on segment definitions and activation strategies
Implement consent management workflows and propagate updates to Service Cloud
Work with Service Cloud developers to define and consume platform events or API calls
Ensure data consistency and compliance between Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud
Configure and maintain Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud data models to support integrations

Requirements

3+ years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Proficient in Journey Builder & Automation Studio
AMPscript and/or SSJS development
Cloud Pages with form/consent handling
REST/SOAP API integration experience
Marketing Cloud Connect with Service Cloud
Hands-on with Salesforce Data Cloud
Data stream configuration and segment activation
Service Cloud (Leads, Cases, Platform Events)
GDPR / consent compliance understanding
SQL for data extensions
Experience with mobile (MobilePush / MobileConnect)
Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification (required)
Marketing Cloud Developer certification (required)
Marketing Cloud Administrator certification (preferred)
Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification (preferred)
Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification (advantageous)
Service Cloud Consultant certification (advantageous)
