Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience
Preferred: Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience OR Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience OR equivalent experience
Proven experience leading and developing engineering teams
Solid background designing and operating large-scale distributed systems and cloud services
Demonstrated success driving architecture decisions and technical strategy across multiple teams
Experience with financial systems, billing, payments, commerce, accounting, or enterprise platforms is highly desirable
Exceptional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Passion for building great teams, developing talent, and delivering customer-focused solutions
