Moloco is seeking a mid-level Software Engineer for the Moloco Commerce Media (MCM) team to build and evolve backend systems, experimentation capabilities, and product workflows for the retail media platform. Responsibilities include designing and operating backend services and APIs, owning projects end-to-end, collaborating with cross-functional teams, contributing to experimentation infrastructure, improving system reliability and performance, and supporting global expansion. Candidates should have 4+ years of backend or full-stack software engineering experience, proficiency in Java, Go, C++, or Python, strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design, experience with distributed systems and databases, and effective collaboration and communication skills. Preferred qualifications include experience in advertising or e-commerce backend systems, experimentation and feature rollout systems, bidding and pricing optimization, cloud platforms such as GCP, and supporting customer-facing or multi-region systems. The role is based in Seoul, Korea.
