Design, develop, and integrate software solutions aligned with business needs. Analyze system requirements and customize applications. Assist with software updates and releases. Mentor junior engineers and ensure software quality with QA collaboration. Troubleshoot complex technical issues. Conduct training for application users. Exercise independent judgment. Work nights and weekends as needed. Requires 5-7 years experience, Bachelor's degree or equivalent, proficiency in C++ and SQL.

  • Analyze system requirements and customize applications
  • Assist with software updates and roll-outs
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster technical excellence
  • Engage with Quality Assurance to ensure software quality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Synthesize market research and industry trends to inform strategies
  • Conduct training sessions for application users
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion
  • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
  • Work nights and weekends as necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with C++ programming language
  • Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL)
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to mentor junior engineers
  • Ability to conduct training sessions for operational staff
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Ability to work nights and weekends as necessary
