Full job description
Build and maintain large-scale attribution systems processing over 50 billion events daily to measure advertising effectiveness across Amazon Ads. Design and develop software and petabyte-scale data pipelines using Spark, EMR, Apache Iceberg, Java, and other AWS technologies. Collaborate with scientists, economists, and product teams to implement scalable measurement methodologies. Solve complex attribution and privacy challenges. Follow engineering best practices including code reviews, testing, and operational excellence. Requires 3+ years professional software development experience, proficiency in C#, C++, Java, or Perl, and experience with full software development lifecycle. Preferred qualifications include 5+ years experience, a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, and experience with big data technologies like Hadoop or Apache Spark.
