Full job description
Build and maintain large-scale attribution systems processing over 50 billion events daily to measure advertising effectiveness across Amazon Ads. Develop petabyte-scale data pipelines and software using Spark, EMR, Apache Iceberg, Java, and AWS services. Collaborate with scientists and economists to implement scalable measurement methodologies. Solve complex engineering challenges involving distributed systems, privacy, and data accuracy. Responsibilities include design, development, operations, code reviews, and mentoring. Requires 3+ years professional software development, 2+ years design/architecture experience, proficiency in C#, C++, Java, or Perl, and object-oriented design skills. Preferred bachelor's degree in computer science. Located in Seattle, Washington. Salary range $143,700 to $194,400 annually with comprehensive benefits.
