Full job description

InMobi Advertising seeks a Senior Engineer to own design and delivery of platform initiatives and mentor junior engineers. Responsibilities include leading Jenkins to GitHub Actions migration, developing reusable workflow libraries, automating developer onboarding, integrating security scanning and compliance automation into build pipelines, building analytics and health dashboards, and maintaining platform uptime during migrations. The role requires experience in CI/CD platforms, security automation, observability, and balancing platform standardization with diverse workflows. Location: Bangalore, India.

What you'll do

  • Take ownership of design and delivery of platform initiatives
  • Mentor junior engineers
  • Serve as primary technical contact for internal customers
  • Drive Jenkins to GitHub Actions migration
  • Develop reusable workflow libraries and centralized governance
  • Automate developer onboarding and self-service
  • Integrate security scanning, coverage gates, and compliance automation into build pipelines
  • Build analytics, failure pattern detection, and platform health dashboards
  • Create standardized delivery pipelines (golden paths)
  • Design caching strategies for dependency resolution
  • Debug flaky CI failures at scale
  • Balance platform standardization with diverse workflows
  • Make security and compliance feedback timely and invisible
  • Evaluate tools for build vs adopt decisions
  • Maintain platform uptime during migrations

Requirements
