Full job description
The Social Media Manager will lead the organic social media strategy and content creation for Taboola and Realize brands from the London office. Responsibilities include managing organic communities on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X; using Hootsuite for analytics and planning; managing external agencies and contractors; producing platform-optimized content; and supporting senior leadership's personal branding. Requires 5+ years experience in social media management, expert proficiency with Hootsuite, strong analytical skills, and experience working with senior executives. What you'll do
- Lead the continuous development and evolution of the organic social media strategy for both the Taboola and Realize brands
- Define organic KPIs and manage the Hootsuite ecosystem
- Extract actionable insights from reporting dashboards to pivot strategy and prove ROI to leadership
- Concept, film, and produce "hero" organic assets optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube algorithms
- Manage personal social media profiles and ghostwrite thought leadership for senior leaders
- Lead and manage external contractors including social media agencies and freelance designers/editors
- Align social media assets with multiple regional teams and business units to ensure brand consistency
Requirements
- 5 years of experience managing and growing organic communities on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Expert-level experience with Hootsuite (Analytics, Listening, and Planner) and mobile content tools
- Experience in Paid content promotion is a plus
- Proven track record of managing external agencies or contractors
- Highly analytical with the ability to define metrics and translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations
- Comfortable working directly with C-Suite and senior leaders to extract stories and manage their digital presence
