Full job description
Lead a global SMB sales team in programmatic advertising. Responsibilities include driving SMB pipeline and bookings globally, balancing selling and coaching, hiring and developing the team, building scalable sales processes and AI-native sales operations, adapting sales strategies by market, and maintaining CRM data accuracy. Requirements include proven high-volume B2B/SMB sales success, player-coach leadership experience, AdTech knowledge, technical and AI tool proficiency, experience managing remote teams, fluent English, and being based in European time zones.
What you'll do

- Focus on velocity, win rate and volume over big-deal heroics
