Full job description

SMB Publisher Sales Manager role based in Bangkok. Requires 5+ years sales experience with strong skills in instructing, negotiating, and closing deals. Responsible for full sales cycle management including prospecting, lead generation, and closing. Must be self motivated, analytical, and able to launch 10-15 accounts monthly with short sales cycles. Requires excellent communication and client-facing skills. Bonus for bilingual English and Hindi, Tamil or Telugu a plus. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging new publisher partners, closing partnerships, building tailored monetization strategies, developing data-driven proposals, presenting solutions, performing revenue estimates, and collaborating with Operations and Account Management teams. What you'll do

  • Identify and engage new publisher partners
  • Manage outbound relationships and build pipeline
  • Meet with prospects and close long-term partnerships
  • Build strong relationships and understand partners’ business models
  • Develop data-driven proposals using projection models
  • Present solutions clearly in-person and via video calls
  • Perform real-time revenue estimates during conversations
  • Collaborate with Operations for partner integrations and launches
  • Partner with Account Management for onboarding, retention, and growth

Requirements

  • 5+ years sales experience
  • Strong sales skills including instructing, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Experience handling full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Self motivated with ability to build and manage pipeline
  • Analytical skills comfortable with numbers, metrics, and revenue projections
  • Ability to translate data into business value
  • Capable of launching 10-15 accounts per month with short sales cycle
  • Fast learner with ability to absorb product knowledge and articulate value propositions
  • Excellent communication skills and confident in client-facing interactions
  • Team player with ability to learn, adapt and build relationships
  • Tech savvy and able to work in fast-paced environment
  • Bonus: bilingual in English & Hindi; Tamil or Telugu a plus
