Full job description
Criteo is hiring an SMB Growth Representative for Criteo GO, a self-serve advertising platform for small and mid-sized businesses. This full-time, hybrid role based in Boston or New York focuses on converting inbound and high-intent prospects into active advertisers by guiding onboarding, campaign launch, and early success. The role requires 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer success, strong communication skills, organization, and interest in digital marketing or SaaS. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and experience in high-velocity sales environments are a plus. Responsibilities include managing a high-volume sales-assisted motion, achieving activation targets, and ensuring positive customer engagement. What you'll do
- Convert inbound and high-intent prospects into active advertisers
- Guide new customers through onboarding, campaign launch, and early success
- Help new customers achieve time-to-value quickly
- Reinforce a scalable, product-led approach
- Manage a high-volume, sales-assisted motion complementing the self-service experience
- Maintain high conversion rates from lead to activated advertiser
- Ensure fast and consistent time-to-first campaign launch
- Maintain strong activity levels and disciplined pipeline management
- Deliver positive early customer experience and engagement
- Consistently achieve activation and onboarding targets
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer success, or similar client-facing roles
- Comfortable managing a high volume of leads and customer interactions
- Strong communication skills across phone, video, and email
- Highly organized, with the ability to follow structured processes and prioritize effectively
- Interested in digital marketing, advertising, or SaaS platforms
- Data-oriented and comfortable working with performance metrics and KPIs
- Coachable, proactive, and motivated to grow within a sales organization
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Nice to have: Exposure to digital marketing, ecommerce, or AdTech environments
- Nice to have: Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Nice to have: Experience in SMB or high-velocity sales environments
