Full job description

Lead Salesforce technical development for Service and Sales Cloud. Analyze requirements, design technical solutions, lead a team of 3-4 developers, review and approve technical designs, and perform debugging. Requires 8+ years experience with 4-5 years in Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud, strong skills in Apex, Aura, LWC, Flows, APIs, and certifications or experience in Integration or Data Architecture. BTech degree required.

What you'll do

  • Analyze functional requirements and suggest/recommend/advise technical solutions and approach
  • Co-create technical design document, review and approve tech designs
  • Lead development activities and report periodically the status, risks and issues
  • Lead 3 to 4 technical developers
  • Problem/issues analyzing and debugging

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of Service and Sales cloud technical experience
  • BTech degree
  • Good hands-on experience in Sales/Service/Experience Cloud
  • Technically skilled in application customization, configuration and APIs
  • Performed code review and code optimization on Apex/Aura/LWC
  • Very good Apex/Aura/LWC skills and Flows
  • Must have either an Integration or a Data Architect Certification or equivalent experience
