Full job description

Lead Salesforce technical development for Service and Sales Cloud. Analyze requirements, design technical solutions, lead a team of 3-4 developers, review and approve technical designs, and perform debugging. Requires 8+ years experience with 4-5 years in Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud, strong skills in Apex, Aura, LWC, Flows, APIs, and certifications or experience in Integration or Data Architecture. BTech degree required.

What you'll do

Analyze functional requirements and suggest/recommend/advise technical solutions and approach
Co-create technical design document, review and approve tech designs
Lead development activities and report periodically the status, risks and issues
Lead 3 to 4 technical developers
Problem/issues analyzing and debugging

Requirements

8+ years of experience
Minimum 4 to 5 years of Service and Sales cloud technical experience
BTech degree
Good hands-on experience in Sales/Service/Experience Cloud
Technically skilled in application customization, configuration and APIs
Performed code review and code optimization on Apex/Aura/LWC
Very good Apex/Aura/LWC skills and Flows
Must have either an Integration or a Data Architect Certification or equivalent experience
