Full job description

Seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Must have expertise in designing and configuring Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases, Knowledge Base, Queues, Omni-Channel, Service Console, Entitlements, and SLAs. Requires strong Apex development skills including Lightning Web Components, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Scheduled Jobs, SOQL, and SOSL. Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Platform Events) and Salesforce Flow is essential. Candidate should have experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems, Marketing Automation platforms, Contact Center solutions, and third-party applications, with familiarity in middleware platforms like MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica. Knowledge of Git-based source control, CI/CD, DevOps, Agile environments, unit testing, and deployment management is required. Responsibilities include building, customizing, and integrating Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions, supporting business teams to optimize sales and customer service operations, and working across configuration, customization, integration, and platform development.
