Seeking an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Technical Architect to lead architecture, design, and evolution of large-scale global eCommerce platforms. Responsibilities include defining scalable, secure commerce solutions, driving modernization, establishing technical governance, and providing architectural leadership across multi-site and multi-locale implementations. Requires deep SFCC expertise, integration architecture experience, and knowledge of CI/CD, deployment automation, release governance, and code quality practices. Must have 10+ years software engineering experience, 6+ years SFCC hands-on experience, strong SFCC architecture knowledge, and Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer and Architect certifications. Experience with SFRA, SiteGenesis, OCAPI, SCAPI, Service and Jobs Frameworks, multi-site/multi-locale architectures, payment and OMS integrations, API-first principles, Bitbucket, SonarQube, and technical leadership required. Good to have experience with Headless and composable commerce, PWA Kit, Sterling OMS, analytics, fraud prevention, tax, shipping, AI-enabled commerce, and retail/omnichannel commerce.

Requirements
10+ years of overall software engineering and commerce platform experience
6+ years of hands-on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) experience
Strong expertise in SFCC architecture, storefront development, and platform capabilities
Hands-on experience with SFRA, SiteGenesis, OCAPI, SCAPI, Service Framework, and Jobs Framework
Experience designing multi-site and multi-locale commerce architectures
Strong integration architecture experience including payment integrations, REST APIs, and web services
Strong understanding of API-first architecture principles and enterprise integration patterns
Experience with solution design, architecture governance, technical design reviews, and code reviews
Strong knowledge of performance optimization, scalability, and security best practices
Experience defining and governing CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, source code management, branching strategies, and release management
Experience with Bitbucket, Bitbucket Pipelines or equivalent CI/CD tools, and Managed Runtime deployments
Experience implementing code quality, security, and governance practices using SonarQube or equivalent tools
Proven technical leadership, architecture decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication, presentation, mentoring, and collaboration skills
