Full job description

We are seeking a Service Engineer II to build automation and full-stack tools, partnering with product engineering to improve platform reliability, quality, and customer experience. Responsibilities include investigating complex issues in Microsoft Advertising platform and APIs, designing AI-driven automation tools, writing production-quality code, performing root-cause analysis, maintaining automated test coverage, communicating during live-site events, analyzing escalation data, and documenting troubleshooting knowledge. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3+ years of technical experience in software or service engineering, strong coding skills in C#, Java, Python, or TypeScript/JavaScript, experience with automation and APIs, debugging skills in production environments, daily use of AI-based coding tools, and ability to pass Microsoft Cloud background checks. Tech stack includes C#, Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, REST, SQL, Kusto, Azure, GitHub/Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and observability tools. This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
