Full job description
Microsoft Advertising seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager for the Revenue Management team to lead security, compliance, governance, and operational excellence initiatives for Shared Data Services. The role involves partnering with Engineering, Security, Privacy, Compliance, and Business stakeholders to ensure secure, reliable data platform operations aligned with enterprise standards. Responsibilities include managing identity and access management, security governance, compliance programs, platform modernization, data infrastructure operations, and process automation. Requires strong technical depth, program management skills, and experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), security and compliance programs, data platforms, and automation technologies. Must have excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree and 4+ years experience required; preferred Master's degree and 6+ years experience. Position is full-time, on-site in Redmond, WA. Salary range USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year, higher in select metro areas.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements including Microsoft Cloud Background Check
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 6+ years experience OR Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience OR equivalent experience
6+ years of experience leading cross-functional technical programs involving multiple stakeholder groups
Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or equivalent enterprise-scale technologies
