Requirements
Experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs involving Product, Engineering, Data or Machine Learning, Infrastructure, Finance, and/or Go-to-Market teams
Strong program-management fundamentals including problem definition, scoping, planning, milestone and dependency management, risk mitigation, and concise progress communication
Technical depth to understand system architecture, technical design documents, system components, and data flows
Comfort planning and communicating in evolving environments
Judgment and influence to bring clarity to ambiguity and move decisions forward without formal authority
Excellent written and spoken English communication
Ability to manage multiple workstreams balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution
3+ years of technical program management or engineering management experience
5+ years of experience working directly with software, cloud, or data engineering teams
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical discipline
