Full job description
Perion is seeking a mid-level full-time technical account manager for its DOOH Supply Side Platform. The role involves managing publisher relationships across the Americas, providing platform training, identifying upsell opportunities, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with sales and finance teams. Candidates must have 5+ years experience in technical account management or publisher success within adtech/programmatic advertising, technical knowledge of SSP/DSP platforms, strong communication skills, and fluency in English. Experience with digital signage, ad servers, programmatic guaranteed deals, PMP structures, and bilingual English/French is a plus. The position supports remote or hybrid work based in Canada or the US.
What you'll do
- Own day-to-day relationships with publishers across the Americas as primary technical and strategic contact on Perion DOOH SSP
- Deliver platform training to publishers and agencies to optimize use of self-serve tools and tech stack
