Senior Strategist role at Seedtag focused on shaping neuro-contextual advertising strategies globally. Responsibilities include partnering with Sales leadership, influencing commercial strategy, leading complex client strategies, supporting Sales Enablement, mentoring team members, and delivering senior-level presentations. Requires 7-10 years experience in digital advertising, media, consulting or strategy roles, strong stakeholder management, advanced storytelling and presentation skills, and fluency in English and local language. What you'll do

  • Act as a senior strategic partner to Sales leadership
  • Influence commercial strategy and prioritization through insights
  • Shape high-impact strategies for key clients and agencies
  • Act as a senior local reference and strategic sparring partner for Sales Enablement
  • Contribute to the evolution of global enablement frameworks
  • Support high-stakes or complex Sales conversations
  • Lead complex LABs and High Value Client strategies independently
  • Generate high-quality qualitative insights and strategic provocations
  • Influence medium- and long-term strategic thinking
  • Act as a role model and mentor for the team
  • Maintain deep understanding of market dynamics and client needs
  • Lead senior-level client and agency presentations
  • Represent Seedtag as a strategic partner in key forums

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in digital advertising, media, consulting or strategy-related roles
  • Proven experience leading complex strategic initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management and influence skills
  • Advanced storytelling and presentation skills, able to influence senior stakeholders and clients
  • Deep experience analyzing advertising, media and research data to generate high-impact strategic insights
  • Strong ability to connect data, market context and client needs into compelling strategic narratives
  • Fluent English and local language
