Full job description

Moloco is seeking a Senior Growth Manager for its Commerce Media division in Seoul, Korea. The role involves independently managing a portfolio of marketplace and retailer clients to drive ad business performance through strategic partnerships and expert advisory. Responsibilities include managing the full client growth lifecycle, leading business reviews, guiding clients on performance advertising best practices, identifying growth initiatives, and collaborating with product and engineering teams. Candidates should have 6-8 years of experience in digital advertising, ad tech, retail media, or related fields, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and fluency in Korean and English. Experience with data analytics and ML-driven advertising platforms is a plus.

What you'll do

  • Own a portfolio of key marketplace and retailer clients end-to-end, managing full growth lifecycle
  • Build and sustain strategic partnerships with senior-level client stakeholders
  • Understand enterprise customers' goals and devise tailored approaches to accelerate ad revenue and ROI
  • Lead regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions
  • Guide and educate client counterparts on performance ad values, operations, and best practices
  • Identify and execute growth initiatives including advertiser acquisition and ad product adoption
  • Enable data-driven decision-making by synthesizing campaign metrics, market context, and business outcomes
  • Surface product innovation opportunities from client and advertiser feedback
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams
  • Develop reusable playbooks, training materials, and scalable workflows

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in digital advertising, ad tech, retail media, eCommerce marketplace, or business development roles
  • Proven track record of independently managing strategic client relationships and delivering measurable growth outcomes
  • Deep familiarity with performance advertising concepts, programmatic ecosystems, and commerce media dynamics
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills with senior-level client contacts
  • Excellence in problem-solving and structured thinking
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in fast-moving environments
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with product managers, data scientists, engineers, and marketing teams
  • Comfort with data and analytics; understanding of ML-driven advertising platforms is a plus
  • High ownership mentality with passion for client success and continuous improvement
  • Fluency in Korean and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
