Full job description

Senior Solutions Engineer responsible for building connectors, agents, and interfaces to enable AI integration in internal workflows. Key duties include partnering with AI Transformation team to productize AI prototypes, building and maintaining internal tools and workflows, developing scalable internal systems using AI-driven agents and programmatic automations, maintaining microservices architecture with TypeScript and NodeJS, managing Google Cloud Platform infrastructure, and integrating internal and external services via APIs. Requires strong TypeScript/NodeJS skills, experience with AI agentic workflows and LLM APIs (Vertex AI/OpenAI), prompt engineering expertise, REST API proficiency, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

What you'll do

Partner with AI Transformation team to productize AI and automation prototypes
Build and maintain internal tools and workflows across the company
Develop and scale internal tools and processes using AI-driven agents and programmatic automations
Maintain and expand internal microservices architecture primarily using TypeScript and NodeJS
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform
Integrate disparate internal and external services (Salesforce, Slack, Big Query, data warehouse) to create seamless data flows

Requirements

Innovative & Experimental Mindset
Versatile technical background in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or Artificial Intelligence
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and NodeJS (Koa/Express experience is a major plus)
Proven experience building and maintaining AI agentic workflows or MCPs
Experience leveraging LLM APIs (Vertex AI/OpenAI) to build practical, task-oriented agents
Deep understanding of prompt engineering techniques
High familiarity with REST APIs and complex service-to-service integrations
Ability to work independently and implement modern solutions without constant supervision
Collaborative mindset to translate needs into technical requirements
