Full job description

Senior Solutions Engineer responsible for overseeing integrations with advertisers, exchanges, and ecosystem partners using InMobi’s products. Provide pre- and post-sales technical advisory, ensure customer satisfaction by resolving technical issues, and drive product adoption. Act as liaison between sales, product, and engineering teams. Manage product deployments and communicate market requirements to internal teams. Requires 3-5 years experience, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, strong customer focus, analytical skills, and experience in engineering or sales engineering. Preferred skills include Python, JavaScript, HTML5, Azure, Databricks, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, MySQL, Postgres, Android, iOS, Java, .NET, and Perl.

What you'll do

  • Oversee integrations with advertisers, exchanges and ecosystem partners using InMobi’s products
  • Provide pre- and post-sales advisory using technical expertise
  • Ensure outstanding customer experience by setting expectations and resolving client technical issues timely
  • Drive successful customer adoption through deep technical understanding of products
  • Act as liaison between Regional Sales and Product & Engineering teams and manage client communication
  • Manage customer product deployments across internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify, evaluate and communicate key market and customer requirements to Product/Engineering teams
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and products
  • Develop and deploy best practice technical sales and support processes in a high-growth environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field
  • Strong customer focus and ability to solve complex problems through cross-functional collaboration
  • Prior experience in engineering, sales engineering or technical account management; mobile and/or internet advertising preferred
  • Strong analytical skills for deep analysis and managing solution engineering rollouts
  • Creative thinker with ability to ramp up fast in a rapidly changing ecosystem
  • Experience with client-side scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, HTML5 preferred
  • Experience with Azure, Databricks, MapReduce, Hive, Spark and databases like MySQL, Postgres is a plus
  • Experience with app development (Android, iOS), Java, .NET, Perl/Python is a plus
