Full job description
Microsoft Ads Editor team seeks a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain the Microsoft Ads Editor desktop application. The role involves mentoring junior engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, writing clean and maintainable code, participating in code reviews, owning technical OKRs, improving application reliability and performance, contributing to automated testing and CI/CD pipelines, and actively participating in agile ceremonies. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 4+ years coding experience in languages such as C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, or Python, and passing Microsoft Cloud background checks. Preferred skills include software engineering fundamentals, experience with React, TypeScript, Electron, C#/.NET, debugging, accessibility standards, bulk data processing, strong communication, growth mindset, and teamwork.
