Full job description
Kargo is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for the in-app ad delivery team. The role involves leading initiatives to deliver new in-app integrations, improving ad delivery systems handling billions of requests, and supporting Online Video (OLV) engineering. Responsibilities include owning projects, improving reliability and maintainability, resolving technical debt, and collaborating across full-stack development. Candidates must have 5+ years software engineering experience with leadership, client- and server-side ad tech development, proficiency in major programming languages (Golang, JavaScript/NodeJS, PHP, Python), AI tools knowledge, SDLC understanding, stakeholder collaboration skills, experience with large datasets, code review experience, and cloud technology familiarity (AWS, Apache Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes). The position is full-time based in London, England.
What you'll do
- Take ownership of key In-App initiatives and ship against the product roadmap
- Launch net-new in-app integrations to maximize in-app revenue
