Moloco is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for the Common Infrastructure team in Seattle, WA. The role involves designing and building scalable, reliable, secure infrastructure platforms and developer tooling to support Moloco Ads and AI workloads. Responsibilities include leading infrastructure projects, improving system scalability and cost efficiency, shaping AI infrastructure, establishing best practices, and mentoring engineers. Candidates must have a BS in Computer Science or related field, 5+ years of software development experience, strong skills in at least one modern programming language (Go, Java, Rust, Python), experience with large-scale system design, cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Airflow, Dataflow, Spark, Redis, BigTable), and software delivery tools (CI/CD, GitHub, Jenkins). Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills are required.
