The Senior Software Engineer will own architecture decisions for MMS scaling, including request hot path, experimentation framework, bidder adapter ecosystem, and Azure infrastructure. Responsibilities include designing scalable Go services with strict latency and availability SLAs, extending bidder adapter framework, improving auction subsystems, contributing to experimentation and observability frameworks, and enhancing Azure-native deployment and CI/CD pipelines. Requires Bachelor's degree and 4+ years engineering experience or equivalent, with preferred qualifications including advanced degrees and 6+ years experience. Must have deep Go experience, knowledge of OpenRTB and programmatic advertising, auction systems, Kubernetes and Azure services, distributed systems, experimentation platforms, and observability tools. Role is full-time, on-site in Redmond, WA or Mountain View, CA. Salary ranges from $119,800 to $234,700 annually, higher in SF Bay Area and NYC.
