Contribute hands-on to core code, complex implementations, and production issue resolution. Lead and align multiple teams, collaborate with product management, mentor engineers, and promote engineering excellence. Continuously improve data pipelines and system architecture. Provide production support and use AI tools to enhance workflows. Requires 8+ years engineering experience with coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python; expertise in SQL, Kafka, Hadoop, Hive; experience with distributed cloud systems, microservices, data pipelines, and cloud platforms such as Azure. Must meet Microsoft security screening requirements.
