Senior Software Engineer

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and operate scalable, secure, and highly available full-stack solutions supporting Microsoft Advertising CRM platforms
• Build modern web applications, APIs, and cloud-native services using Azure technologies for sales enablement and advertiser lifecycle management
• Leverage Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, and Power Platform to deliver customer engagement, workflow automation, and business process solutions
• Contribute to the evolution of the CRM ecosystem and transformation from OneCRM to TrueCRM, driving modernization and improved user experiences
• Develop and integrate AI-powered capabilities including Copilot experiences, intelligent recommendations, conversational workflows, predictive insights, and automation
• Partner with Product Managers, Applied Scientists, Data Scientists, and engineers to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions
• Build scalable backend services, distributed systems, APIs, and data platforms using Azure cloud services and modern engineering practices
• Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, testing automation, observability, reliability, security, and performance optimization
• Mentor engineers and contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies including Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, Copilot extensibility, and intelligent automation frameworks

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• 5+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise-scale applications and cloud services
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, and Power Platform
• Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• Preferred: Full-stack development skills using C#, .NET, React/TypeScript, REST APIs, and modern web technologies
• Preferred: Experience building cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure including microservices, distributed systems, and data platforms
• Preferred: Knowledge of software design patterns, DevOps, CI/CD, security, reliability, and operational excellence
• Preferred: Experience building or integrating AI-powered solutions including Copilot experiences, intelligent automation, or Generative AI capabilities
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
