Senior Software Engineer

What you'll do

• Design, build, evolve, optimize, manage and support enterprise applications in the Dentsu.Connect Creative portfolio
• Take end-to-end ownership of CI/CD pipelines, release management infrastructure, deployment processes, and automation
• Manage application deployment and packaging on Kubernetes clusters
• Build and optimize GitHub Actions workflows and CI/CD pipelines
• Orchestrate container workloads and manage service routing and service mesh
• Manage API gateways and traffic routing across application stack
• Manage lifecycle and deployment of MERN stack, Python, and AI-powered apps
• Manage GitHub Enterprise repositories and enforce best practices
• Support development and operations teams with cloud application deployment and troubleshooting
• Manage and operate Azure cloud platforms ensuring performance, scalability, reliability, and security
• Implement Infrastructure as Code solutions for provisioning
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions
• Ensure security and compliance of cloud infrastructure and application code
• Develop and implement cloud cost optimization strategies
• Manage network configurations and access controls
• Provide technical guidance on cloud architecture and best practices
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple teams and geographies

Requirements

• Deep understanding of Azure cloud platform and core Azure services
• Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service and Azure Container Registry
• Experience with container orchestration and service mesh frameworks such as Istio
• Experience managing MERN Full Stack and Python Apps lifecycle
• Experience with GitHub Enterprise and GitOps best practices
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM Templates
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Azure Monitor
• Experience with security scanning and compliance including RBAC and container security
• Experience with cloud cost optimization strategies
• Experience managing network configurations and access controls
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams and time zones
• Ability to coordinate with senior technical leads and stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• Preferred certifications: Azure Administrator (AZ-104), Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
• Preferred experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
• Preferred experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Preferred exposure to AI/ML workloads and AI-powered applications
