Microsoft Advertising CRM team is seeking a senior software engineer to build customer relationship management solutions integrating advertiser data and AI-driven features. Responsibilities include connecting CRM with Ads systems, marketing automation tools, and reporting platforms like Power BI; supporting AI-first initiatives to improve workflows; collaborating with product managers, data engineers, and sales teams; and ensuring data integrity, privacy, and security compliance. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 4+ years coding experience in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, or equivalent experience. Must pass Microsoft Cloud background check. Preferred qualifications: Master's degree with 6+ years experience or Bachelor's with 8+ years, knowledge of Azure cloud technologies, and experience with large-scale systems and API design. The role is full-time, on-site in Redmond, WA or Mountain View, CA. Salary range USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year, higher in SF Bay Area and NYC.
