Senior Service Engineer - Fraud Detection, Cybersecurity OR Online Forensics Techniques

What you'll do

• Lead advanced forensic investigations into complex fraud, malware, and unsafe advertising or supply practices
• Identify anomalous trends and systemic patterns across disparate data sources to uncover threat vectors and ecosystem risks
• Drive mitigation of traffic quality, policy, and security risks and improve detection and investigation methodologies
• Apply advanced investigative, data analysis, and AI-assisted techniques to connect signals and resolve complex issues
• Capture, analyze, and interpret security and platform events using forensic systems and develop automation and tooling
• Lead post-launch investigations and quality reviews for new features and high-risk scenarios
• Design and deliver scalable, production-grade mitigation solutions including automation and AI-driven workflows
• Own resolution of complex technical risk exposure and drive durable system-level fixes and platform improvements
• Act as a technical expert and advisor influencing stakeholders and promoting best practices in security, AI, and engineering

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or related field OR equivalent experience
• 7+ years technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, service engineering, systems engineering, or industrial controls
• 3+ years experience in search, display and/or native advertising or working in a technical organization for a high-volume commercial website or service
• 3+ years experience in data analysis and use of statistical software with large-scale datasets
• 3+ years knowledge of ad fraud detection, cybersecurity, or online forensics techniques and tools
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, C#, Java, or R
• Familiarity with machine learning and AI concepts applied to fraud detection and anomaly detection
• Experience in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and online tracking mechanisms including cookies and server-side tracking
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in complex, ambiguous scenarios
• Collaborative team player able to work across technical, security, and business stakeholders
• Customer-focused mindset
• Solid English language skills (speaking, reading, writing, presenting)
• Willingness for occasional night and weekend on-call work
