Full job description

Manage and execute performance marketing campaigns on Douyin (Ocean Engine), Tencent Ads Manager, and OEM channels (Huawei, Xiaomi, OPPO, vivo). Optimize accounts daily to meet client KPIs (CPI, CPA, ROI). Assist in media planning and channel strategy development. Collaborate with creative team for short-video ad iterations. Prepare and present performance reports regularly. Requires 3+ years experience in media buying or account optimization, expert Douyin proficiency, familiarity with Tencent Ads and OEM channels, app client experience preferred, strong analytical skills, proactive learning, ability to work under pressure, fluent Mandarin and strong English.

What you'll do

  • Manage and execute end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across multiple bidding platforms including Douyin (Ocean Engine), Tencent Ads Manager, and OEM channels (Huawei, Xiaomi, OPPO, vivo)
  • Conduct daily monitoring and granular optimization of accounts (bidding, creative testing, audience targeting) to meet and exceed client KPIs (CPI, CPA, ROI)
  • Assist in developing media plans and channel strategies based on client budget expansion and performance goals
  • Work closely with the creative team to provide data-backed insights for ad creative iterations, specifically for short-video content
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and provide actionable insights for further growth

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance media buying or account optimization
  • Expert-level proficiency in Douyin (Ocean Engine)
  • Familiarity with Tencent Ads and OEM download channels
  • Prior experience managing App-based clients (Education, Gaming, or Utility apps) is a strong plus
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and translate into optimization strategies
  • Proactive learner who stays ahead of media trends and platform updates
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in Mandarin
  • Strong working proficiency in English
