Full job description

Xapads Media is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales to drive revenue growth and strengthen presence in the UAE market. The role involves building and managing relationships with agencies and advertisers, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding branding-led solutions across CTV, programmatic, and display. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, collaborating with internal teams, and monitoring market trends. Requirements include 10+ years in digital media or AdTech sales in the UAE, strong understanding of branding solutions, experience in performance marketing, established agency relationships, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.

What you'll do

  • Drive revenue growth across the UAE market, with a focus on branding-led solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with agencies, direct brands, and key decision-makers
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across agency and client ecosystems
  • Present and position Xapads’ solutions across CTV, programmatic, display, and native formats
  • Leverage performance capabilities (mobile and web) to expand revenue opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Ad Operations, Strategy, Product) to ensure effective campaign delivery
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and client needs to refine sales approach
  • Maintain a strong and consistent pipeline aligned with revenue targets

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in digital media or AdTech sales within the UAE market
  • Strong understanding of branding solutions across CTV, programmatic, display, and native formats
  • Experience in performance marketing (mobile and web)
  • Established relationships with agencies and advertisers in the UAE
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and build strategic partnerships
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
  • Experience working with regional or global campaigns
  • Familiarity with programmatic ecosystems and agency buying models
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
