Verve Retail Media (VRM) offers a role focused on selling integrated shopper activation campaigns to FMCG brands. The product combines digital visibility via in-store screens, activation at point of sale through coupons, and closed-loop measurement based on real sales data. The role requires building and managing a sales pipeline, acquiring new customers, managing the full sales cycle, and translating customer goals into media and activation concepts. The position reports directly to the CSO, is an individual contributor role without personnel responsibility, and works closely with Media Planning, Ad Operations, and Data Science teams. The role is remote based in Germany and focuses on commercial success including pipeline, closing deals, customer depth, and repeat business.
