Verve Retail Media (VRM) operates digital advertising screens in thousands of retail locations and connects them with digital coupons, retargeting in CTV, and other offsite channels. The role involves selling integrated shopper activation campaigns to FMCG brands, combining digital visibility, point-of-sale activation, and closed-loop measurement based on real sales data. Responsibilities include building and managing a sales pipeline, acquiring new customers, managing the full sales cycle, translating customer goals into media and activation concepts, using sales lift data as proof points, differentiating VRM from competitors, and providing market feedback. The role reports to the CSO, is an individual contributor position without personnel responsibility, and focuses on commercial outcomes such as pipeline, closing, customer depth, and repeat business. The position is remote in Germany and requires a hunter mentality and experience in sales of integrated campaigns.
